hello! i’m rhei, a vaccinated, non-binary, cat-loving music composer, arranger, producer, performer and sound designer based in sunny singapore.

coming from a classical music background, i began my musical journey as a bass clarinetist, arranger and score writer, regularly guest-playing for, arranging music and writing scores for various local full orchestras, wind orchestras and ensembles.

in recent times, i’ve been moving towards contemporary composition and production practices, working on music, sound and audio for various media projects ranging from short films and video games to phone applications and live performances.

i'm currently undertaking a bachelor of arts (with honours) in music, specialising in electronic music. from putting on performances and experimenting with new instruments to exploring new ways of making art and music, it has been an eye-opening and wildly fun experience!
